How to file a claim

You can file your claim online OR you can file your claim by calling us.

File your claim Online:

  1. When you press “GO AHEAD” button at bottom of this page, you will be taken to our customer page.
  2. Here you will have to enter your mobile number to get an OTP. The number should be same which was given at the time of Jewellery purchase, OTP will be sent on that number only.
  3. One you have entered the OTP, you will land on the page with details of all your insured ornaments & insurance policies in your name.
  4. You will see SUBMIT CLAIM button in the last column. You can log the claim by clicking here.
  5. Next page will require you to write the details of the Loss event & submit FIR details.
  6. When you SUBMIT the data, your claim is registered and your claim number will be generated.
  7. You can also call our back office team for any further information in this regard at +91-99208 88308 or write them at assist@olocker.in

File your claim Online:

  1. Call our helpline number at +91-99208 88308 or send us a mail at assist@olocker.in with details of your policy number, loss event and FIR copy.
  2. Rest assured, you are in good hands. Our back office team will take care of your claim.
