Claim Submission

Step 1 : Login to your O-Locker

Login to your O-Locker with your username/email ID and password.
Note : Your O-Locker is created and your login credentials are sent to you via email with every Certificate of Insurance issued. In case, you've merged your O-Lockers these independent logins may not work. Hence you'll need to access your O-Locker with your Main* login credentials.

* Main login credentials : the O-Locker in which you've merged/moved all your Ornament/jewellery into.

Step 2 : Submit Claim page

Click on "Submit Claim" link on the left-hand-side section.
Note : This page lists all the Ornamants/Jewellery which are Insured i.e., their Insurance hasn't expired.   In case you cannot find your Ornament/Jewellery on this page, it probably means that your Insurance has Expired and hence the Claim cannot be submitted.

Step 3 : Submit Claim button

Click on button placed in the same row/line of the Ornament/Jewellery for which a Claim must be filed.

Step 4 : Submit Claim form

Fill the complete "Submit Claim" form to successfully file/submit your claim.
Note : Verify the Ornament/Jewellery details displayed in the first seection and then proceed with filling the CLAIM FORM completely and correctly for faster claim submission & processing. Also kindly keep the relevant documents & details* ready before submitting your Claims.

* Documents & Details : Copy/Photo/Image of the FIR, Address of the Police Station where the FIR was filed, FIR number, Location/Address of Incident etc.

Claim Status Checking

Step 2 : Claims Submitted page

Click on "Claims Submitted" link on the left-hand-side section to check/see your Claim status.
Note : This page display's the present/current STATUS of any/all claims filed/submitted. The columns "Claim Status" & "Description" will get updated as the claim process progresses.
